macao has been recognized by unesco as the “creative city of gastronomy” and macao’s cuisine has always been popular among locals and tourists. in recent years, people have been paying more attention to healthy diets gradually increasing their interest in healthier food choices.
the symposium is a one-day event jointly hosted by the faculty of medicine and faculty of tourism and hospitality management of m.u.s.t. under the theme “healthy diet management”. experts and academics in the fields of medicine and catering management will be invited to share their thoughts on healthy diets. in addition, cooking demonstrations, healthy food sharing, and health checks will be shared with the audience to highlight the importance of healthy eating in daily life.
